As a highly successful mediator and arbitrator, Michael has been engaged to resolve disputes in a wide range of substantive areas such as will probate, guardianships, insurance, real estate, employment, construction, and general commercial or business matters.
Relying on his extensive and varied legal experiences, Michael has successfully facilitated settlement between disputing parties by providing direction and encouragement, working collaboratively to find creative ways to reach a mutually satisfying solution. As a result of Michael's superior negotiation, problem-solving, analytical, and conflict resolution skills, people have saved unnecessary attorneys’ fees and court costs as well as avoided the uncertainty of litigation.

Recently Michael authored Mediation Confidentiality – Practical Considerations which was published by the Westchester County Bar Association in the November and December 2018 issues of The Westchester Lawyer.
